Franck BerlamontFranck Berlamont is the founding partner, President and CEO at Geneva Partners. After receiving his MBA from Columbia Business School in 1987, Mr. Berlamont spent 13 years at Citibank, serving as Managing Director in France (90-93) and then as Citibank Private Bank Marketing Director for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. He joined Banque Marcuard Cook & Company in Geneva in 1999 as Partner and CEO. Mr. Berlamont founded Geneva Partners in 2002, following the sale of Banque Marcuard Cook to Anglo Irish Bank. Philippe BermanPhilippe Berman is a partner and a member of the Board of Directors at Geneva Partners. Mr. Berman joined Geneva Partners in October 2009. Upon graduation from Harvard Business School in 1977, he joined Goldman Sachs & Co, in New York and London, and in 1981 Bain & Co, the consulting firm, also in London. Since 1984, he has started and managed investment funds specialized in Private Equity and Real Estate. The Private Equity Funds focused on the restructuring of medium size industrial companies in Europe. The Real Estate funds specialized in the completion of large complex Real Estate transactions where value was created through legal and financial restructuration, as well as asset improvements programs. Gustav StenboltBetween 1982-1996, Mr. Stenbolt headed the investment management department of Unifund, a private Swiss-based investment company. He was responsible for Unifund’s emerging expansion into Asia, Latin America and eventually into Eastern Europe, where he actively participated in privatization programs across the region. In 1996, Mr Stenbolt founded MCT Asset Management to focus on opportunities in the transitional economies across Russia, Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Republics. His Board memberships include: Troika Dialog, Russia’s leading independent investment bank, International Industrial Bank, a Moscow based financing group, Anglo-Chinese Group and ENR Russia Invest SA. Mr Stenbolt is also the Chairman of the executive committee of Jelmoli AG, a large Swiss real-estate and retail company. He is a graduate of Fribourg University with a degree in economics.
